I agree or even wednesday.
why was there not a poll option for a non thursday?
sunday-wed are much quieter so easier for a venue and probably in peoples social lives.

There is a non thursday option, called different timetable. I didn't want a massive list of different options, I guess I just had thursday on my mind as that was the original day. I'm sorry if this has annoyed alot of people as I'm easy on other weekdays.

I'm not sure who has yet to vote Will but the vote is closing 2 weeks after it started, I think tuesday, I felt 2 weeks was enough time for everyone with an interest to vote.

Maybe people could say if they have voted, I have not voted as all of the options suit me so 4 boxes ticked is not going to add anything to the final result. I probably should have made people only be allowed to pick one option in retrospect...

A few more words on causes, like what does ferm mean? is it the yeast, the temperature, oxegen, light, etc... So many factors... before i start on product or contamination, which reads to me as: [quote:3rtj6yef]Common sources: pretty much anything[/quote:3rtj6yef]

Yea i agree with making my own thoughts on the flavour, as the description green apple means little to me!
