I think first Thurs fr 3 months is still the best bet, easier to keep that one evening free. I'm flexible if another option gets voted in, but that's my preference.

I would prefer early in the week, Mon Tues Wed for three weeks. (I'll still be able to do first Thursday for three months).

The kit arrived this morning at work, I'm snowed under so haven't looked at it yet, just poped it into the fridge. I will update you when I get home, if I remember to take it! (out of site out of mind, even when I'm excited)

Hi all, just a quick update to say that I am going to stick a deadline of next Sunday on the poll so that I can start working on a venue.

Looking through the kit there is very scarce information on the various flavors,
i.e.
Name: Acetaldehyde
Descriptor: Green Apple/green beer
Common Sources: Ferm. product, staling, or contamination

The kit hit my credit card and cost €166.09. I will update you on the venue and price of lager closer to the time, once we have dates finalized etc.
