yes i guess if u want to find the source then defiantly doesnt really help.

maybe if its judged that the poll went a bit a rye you should start a new poll about the venue for it? then you could go to that particular venue and ask them for their best nights?
they might say we cant do 3 nights in a row or thursday is a good/bad day etc and maybe that can decide it for us?

You make good points, but Thursday's were agreed by the majority and though I do agree that sourcing a venue first and working around their schedule might be a bit better than working the other way around.

I think the brew dock would be an ideal location for a lot of people from a public transport point of view, but I was waiting until I had dates that suited the important people and then figuring out a location afterwards.

Sorry I am brutal at the whole orginisation thing but I wanted to do some palate "training" and figured if i threatened to organise something I could justify getting the kit ordered instead of waiting for someone else to.

yeah i think go and ask brewdock about thursdays. maybe they will advise what is better for them ie 1 per month or 3 in a row.
if thursdays arent good for them come back to us

I have to agree with Tube here Padraic, its your show so pick the dates that suit you. There is no way to please everyone.

Everyone who is available for what you pick will pay up and those that cant will leave a space open for someone else. If it goes well another can be organised in future.
