Sounds good to me. One of the selling points of Beoir is the website. Anytime i get talking about craft beer, i try to direct people here. It would be great if one of you techhie types could have a laptop there to show our online wares.

Apart from that, let's not kid ourselves. 99% of people will flock to the places with beer, so our stall needs to keep it short and sweet. Leaflet, who we are and where people can find craft beer. And some bluffers like myself to stand (sway) behind the stall on what makes craft beer.

You're probably right. It fits well with the rest of the festival. People will be enjoying the beers so receptive to finding out where they can pick them up in future.

i agree the rest of the stalls will be focusing on the beer itself thats why i think it is a great idea for beoir stall to focus on the bigger national picture.

*making people aware of the beoir website and community

*showing pubs where the beers can be brought ( i think a map illustrates this better than a list)

*showing that there is a industry behind it employing people within ireland

i figure that people there will get plenty of edcuation on diffrent beer styles and breweries from indivdual stalls. (obviously beoir members manning our stall will be able to have a good natter about beer as well)

(all of this of course is just my opinion)

I would love to Man the stand and promote Beoir for a day.

I have access to colour A3 Printing at home and I have an A4 Laminator if required.

I'd imagine you will probably need 3 people each day (always two on and a floater).

I agree

This sounds a bit lame but how about

- A large sign with the Beoir logo.
- A map of ireland with pins in it showing 'the big picture'
- loads of A6 fliers - listing a little info about beoir
- some tee-shirts for sale.

I have a gillotine and could help with a5/a6 fliers.
