I'll definitely be staffing the stand for at least some of the festival, all of it if I can manage (a lot depends of the status if the newest member of my family).

Well, I think I have a timeframe now to have the Beoir App go to launch...

We can create an info pack- A page detailing home brew companies and their websites, another page highlighting pubs that sell craft beers, another page on the amazing Beoir App, and then a few pages created from the articles on this site.

As for a sign-up bonus; How about going in the other direction- We give prospective members a 'loyalty card' which they can then get stamped by each brewery when they buy a beer at that stand- If they come back with 8 boxes stamped, they get 6 months free membership (or better still, 18 months for the price of 12)

why not get a large sized map of ireland and mark out the locations of breweries (say in blue) and craft selling pubs (say in red). and a smaller map of dublin.stick a ledgend on it so you know where is where.
it would make a good talking point for potential recruits.

Sounds like a good idea. Would A3 be big enough? I can arrange for A3 colour printing. We would need some kind of stand, or flip chart for it.

We will need to get a size of the area allowed for the stand,then we can lay out maps and such. This is the weekend after the All-Ireland football I presume,if so then count me in as a volunteer.
