Great work, all.

A tiny point that's been niggling me: we're Irish Craft Brewer, not the Irish Craft Brewer's Association. Branding for pedants <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt=":D" title="Very Happy" /><!-- s:D -->

I'd add Give yourself plenty of time , and keep everything clean and sterile ( it's worth mentioning twice )

You just run it all together when you say it: "IrishCraftBrewer" (or, in my accent, "aaashcrafbruuur"), and add a "dot com" if it still sounds wrong.

I can help ya there! For my last 3 brews the cost per 500ml bottle has been. 0.49c, 0.47c and 0.63c, with the last one being a highly hopped beer which made it slightly more expensive.

It's also worth noting that I got the Spraymalt quite cheap from HBW at the time so that brought down the costs. So you'd probably have to add another 10 to 15c per bottle depending on how cheap you can source the Spraymalt.

Cheers Atticus.

I've also looked at some of the articles on ICB re the differences between the methods. Is there copyright on these or can I take some details from them? also the A to Z might be a source of interest. However I don't wan't to upset anyone by something that they wrote being published without their approval.
