Also, he has the time as 2 to 8, which is as per the flyer, but should we mention that brewing will start earlier, or will ariving at two be plenty enough to see the process?

Right so, will tell him to drop the bit about the barter, and just limit it to tasting each others beers. He also has a point about people giving beer as gifts, so I presume that is also against the law?
