Not a whole lot, its just that the forum works best by people contributing directly to it and not just using it as a platform to promote their blog.
Both the beernut and Hendrixcat are major contributors and both have blogs, you can put in a abstract or something similar without just stick in a link.

They then charge €1 per tasting glass, and no-one's left with the best part of half a pint they didn't like, and feeling distinctly short-changed.
So not so much a problem of price, as of quantity of beer served <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt="" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) -->[/quote:2a116584]I think there's a significant element of the Irish beer-drinking demographic which believes that if you're not drinking a pint you should be wearing a dress. Trying to convince them that sampling lots of new stuff at a festival is not the same thing as drinking pints of rubbish at their local is an uphill battle. And bad for attendance figures, no doubt.
10cl would be thoroughly derided. I think halves is sensible unless you're regularly veering over the 7% ABV mark.
