Prrobably not. The ongoing dates we settled on (assuming we can get this established and running under its own momentum) are the second-last Thursday of the month, for a specific economic reason. I think it's up to Silenus really to make the call on this, though. However, I can't see the whole thing working if every meet date has to be negotiated individually.

Just to clarify the reasson for the second last thurs of each month.
The owner and ourselves have agreed on restrictions when it come to reservations in both levels of the building, in the interest of the people who walk in off the street for food or drink.
Holding tables after a certain time is unfair on people who go out of their way to come to this area.
As the last week in each month is pay week, we just don't take reservations at all in the beer hall, thursdays or fridays.

I agree, a good date for one person is a bad one for someone else. It's swings and roudabouts, but a fixed date gives the opportunity to organise ones calendar well in advance
