Yeah, it was really good. We fairly rattled through the beers. The pale ales were all very different: interesting Orvalesque character to Delzep's APA; Freedgull told us of the benefit of salt and pepper in beer, as discussed elsewhere[/url:7y34sd7s] and Noby's (IIRC) was fuller and more tannic than the rest.

So: who's up for 23rd October, then?

Strange as it may sound at first, i'd imagine a bit of salt would work well in beer. I wonder if it would reduce the craving for a kabab at the end of the night.
