Don't leave clear bottle like spitfire in a fridge consistently exposed to light, or just enough so the consumer know your stock

Hi Chris, a suggestion would be have a few of the ICB'ers in for a chat (and few free samples to get the toungues loosened )and pick their brain face to face on how to market your new place....

Just talked with the GM last week.

Most interesting thing he said (besides disowning that flyer) was that the Cashel wheat is brewed using a "lager process". There was no further detail on what exactly that might mean, but he was clear that naming the beer a lager was the brewer's decision, not the pub's.

I don't think I've mentioned it here, but someone was telling me that Barrelhead is the Tramco supplier. It's a contract operation working out of White Gypsy.
