Must get in to try the red. The stout is the best of the others, IMO.

I did wonder that but maybe it's a seperate venture? they have a website[/url:sie4gwsv] which is as informative as nearly every micro in Ireland

Dont bother ! <!-- s:? --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_confused.gif" alt=":?" title="Confused" /><!-- s:? --> Just tried it -the bar man said people like it - not suprising as it was bland( like most "international style" beers)and had a very sour after taste -had to eat something afterwards to revive me taste buds.
Now I know im an ale drinker by trade -so to speak - but im fairly sure this would not pass muster in Czech Republic or Germany .

The weiss was definitely better on Friday night than it was a few weeks previously. The stout was different too: less sweet, and almost smoky. I think consistency is not a priority <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) -->

The barmaid said the beer is from Tipperary, so I'm taking as read that it's White Gypsy.
