Have i got this wrong then... I thought ppl were saying they were flogging it @ 4 for 1.99 - did i dream that?
Ive never dreamt about reading something in a forum before though.

Edit: I did read it - damo got them in bray - must be some mistake or short dated or something - a one off id imagine.

I would like to introduce myself, my name is Sarah and I'm a Customer Service Manager who will be dealing with your complaint.

Firstly please let me apologise for the delay in my response.

May I take this opportunity to assure you that we recognise the responsibilities we have to our customers and would not deliberately mislead them and or be anything less than open in our approach with our special offer promotions. Therefore, its concerning that you were refused our €15.00 big night in deal. I've checked with my Business Support Team and the start date on the promotion was 18 June so you shouldn't have had any problems purchasing this.

Also, concerning is that no one at store was aware of the promotion even though it was clearly advertised. If you kindly let me know what store you shop at I'll contact the Store Manager to get this issue addressed.

While I realise there is little I can say to alleviate the upset and disappointment that has already been caused, by way of an apology, I would like to send a €15.00 Tesco Moneycard to you with my best wishes. If you can kindly send me your full address and I will arrange for this to be sent to you.

I do hope that, despite the problems you have had, in time you will give us the opportunity to restore your confidence in our operations.
