I know a friend of mine that would be happy with this. She's a chef on RTE and she wants to do Canned Chicken and has been at me for craft beer in a can.

Not a problem with non-pasteurised beer, though, Wallacebiy.

Plus, at the Heineken museum (I went but didn't inhale) I was surprised to see on the video of their bottling line that they cap and then pasteurise at the very end of the process. It's nearly surprising they don't sell non-pasteurised Heineken since it's very nearly the finished product.

Can't put beer in a can unpasteurised AFAIK .

Interesting that Heino pasteurise after capping . I understood it would lead to more exploding bottles on the line

beer is mostly water and water boils at 100C. as far as i remember pasturisation heats up to the mid to high 70s so i cant see how it would not be possable.

Greenstar give me a bin , just for bottles ...

Emmet . I think it's more to do with the CO2 going out of suspension.
