Just raising a question here,
if you had a choice of buying craft beer in a can would you buy it ?. Some of the craft brewers in the U.S. are now being sold in cans. I myself have not liked canned beer in the past because I found it to be too fizzy. <!-- s:?: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_question.gif" alt=":?:" title="Question" /><!-- s:?: -->

There's absolutely no difference between canned and bottled beer. I've tasted some lovely canned beers, and some not-so-lovely ones, just like with bottles.

I'd be slightly more inclinded to buy something canned because I know it won't be lightstruck.

Brew Dog cans Punk. I can't taste any difference between a can and a bottle.

I don't think you can say there's absolutely no difference. As Dempsey says he has found carbonation levels higher, and I'd concur (in some beers), though it wouldn't stop me from buying beer in cans.

He actually did, yesterday, in the car as we were on our way to Roscommon to visit the Hooker lads.

Duechars IPA, London Pride to name two I can think of off the top of my head.

His theory was that the beer is slightly more carbonated for canning out of necessity due to operational differences. He might be right.
