Since it's such a huge part of my leisure time, I really should mention it. But I fear how it might be interpreted ("I love drinking! Mmmmm!"). Of course, you brewers have it easy, 'cos that's really a proper hobby. But does your, shall we say, "commercial research" appear in your "Interests & Activities" section?

craft consuming mmmmm i like it <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt=":D" title="Very Happy" /><!-- s:D --> i work on the buildings and the mention of beer as a hobby, be it craft or non craft would be met with blind ignorance and directions to the exit so i'll have to vote no

to be fair there's only been one interview and it wasn't mentioned.
However, I had to interview someone who had "sleeping, drinking, travelling, thinking" down on his CV. He looked kind of sheepish when I asked him about that and admitted he sent the wrong CV! DOH!
I was hoping he was actually a beer fan instead of a pisshead. he didn't get hired.
