Hi Bungno,

Good luck with the new shop it will be great to have an Irish suppler with a good range of beer stuff. Online with delivery is the way to go for a lot of us who have been ordering from UK and further away.

Look forward to seeing the site.

Best of luck with the venture. It's great to see another Irish homebrew supplier. Your range of malts is very exciting indeed. It'll be nice to try different base malts with relative ease.

Pathogenic bacteria cannot survive in beer (and this is one of the many reasons that beer is good for you) so this shouldn't be an issue (but try telling the beurocrats that). <!-- s:? --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_confused.gif" alt=":?" title="Confused" /><!-- s:? -->
