Sounds like a great project. Best of luck with it. I would go along the lines or a place based name as people can associate themselves more with it and may be more aware of why they are drinking it. That said i like Halo as to the none beer geek (who you need to buy you brews) may associate it with more of the monk and trappist beers and may decide to purchase it if accompanied by a monk graphic...but maybe a modern take on the monk thing might work too ....plus we have a huge history of monasteries and therefore brewing! SO how about the fat monk brewery or the sneaky monk if that is your road....then again there is some gangster called something like that too. <!-- s:twisted: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_twisted.gif" alt="" title="Twisted Evil" /><!-- s:twisted: -->

Calling beer trouble/bad/evil is almost a brewing tradition think of all those Belgian ales named after the devil (Duvel)
Satan,Judas,Belzebuth,etc.etc.

I can think of some names for some of yer beers
