I voted Trouble Brewing as it’s nice and catchy, if a little bit negative as Silenus mentioned.

I’d wonder how you expect to approach the naming of the bottles – would it be for example have both words or just TROUBLE as the standard beginning for each beer name or would the brewing company name be absent?

Thinking of other beers as examples, there’s few ways you could play this, be it simply Trouble Brewing Pale Ale/Stout/Lager/Weiss etc., or to get creative with each style instead (in which case I’d say TROUBLE alone would go well)

Is there any story to any of those names or were they just plucked out of your arses? You know, made up on the spot.

Im just thinking that a lot of the good breweries out there have names with a meaning and a story or at the very least an ethos or philosophy.

Whychwood has the whole fantasy thing going on.
Brewdog has, well a Dog and a philosophy thing.

So is there anything you and your partners have in common, apart from brewing that you are in to or some philosophy you want to push?

If it is Dublin based you can always use the whole Dublin thing, something like:
Dubh-linn Brewery
Viking City Brewery
even: The Pale brewery

If you are into astronomy you could use that as a theme. The Galactic brewing company and name all your beers after Galaxies or planets.
The Milky Way Stout for a nice cream stout and so on.
