How do!

Toying w/the idea of getting into doing my own Brew, so apologies in advance for all the questions <!-- s:lol: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_lol.gif" alt="" title="Laughing" /><!-- s:lol: -->
Mainly into Stouts, Porters & Ales, biggest problem w/breing my own is I work @ sea, meaning Im only home for 2months @ a time usually, not giving alot of time?

My other big interest in motorbikes, I work on & fabricate, so that takes up some of my time @ home too.

Anyway, look forward to getting involved

I reckon going away to sea might be an advantage. It means you'll be able to give the results of your efforts time to mature in the bottle. I can't resist drinking mine and by the time they're at their peak I've only got about a dozen or so left.

I should have said I go away for 3-4 months & herself wouldnt be too much of a fan of looking after the brew for me

Hi everyone,

I started all grain brewing about a year ago and I’m getting back into it now after a few months break. Beoir has been an amazing resource, so it’s time to stop lurking and jump in! I’m living in Waterford but originally from Dublin so I make sure to stock up in McHughs whenever I’m home. I’m looking forward to joining the community and a belated thank you to you all for the help so far!
