Cheers James, so pretty much the same as bottling. Good stuff. I'll be "tastin" soon so

Hi all,
thought i'd better say hello as i'm probably going to be hitting you for advice over the next while. Started making some mead and elderberry wine last year which turned out pretty good for a first go, so I've decided to have a crack at some beer. Got myself a Brewferm Kit and the guide on this site looks really helpful -so I'll let you know how i get on.
Cheers

Best of luck, Taberno. If you need any assistance just ask, but you sound like you know your way around the fermentation process already.

Hello All,
I'm Aidan, living in New Zealand (originally from Co. Cavan), and I was just poking around the forum here and thought I'd sign up and introduce myself. I just recently got into home brewing and it's such a great feeling to be making my own beer! I've got my third batch fermenting at the moment, an American Pale Ale, extract brew with steeped grains and lots of cascade hops. My first batch, from a kit, turned out beautifully - it's amazing how you can make good beer so easily. Anyway, you can read more about my brewing adventures on my blog beerandgarden.com.
Cheers,
Aidan
