I'll ahve to disagree with the DIPA idea, it won't see enough movement to be constantly in production, I'd love to see windjammer regularly for sale, I'd even go as far as to say it would be a better offering than the pale ale, and that is not to take from their pale ale, it's one of my go to beers.
But to answer Geoff's question, I'd love to see a milk stout hitting the market here but I think that would work more as a seasonal... I also think that an imperial stout aimed at the export market (read america) could do very well, but that would take a while to get hold, I'm just saying that because I want to add some friends to the Porterhouse barrel aged celebration stout's I've set aside!!
