Cottage Group? They already have a brewery. Two would be decadent. Unless there's a tax advantage for when the People's Republic starts imposing tariffs on imports from Connacht.

The address according to the website is 5-6 Oliver Plunkett Street, which I think is Market Lane, a restaurant which I believe has the same owners as Castle Cafe.

I wonder will this be an in-house venture for the restaurants or a more wide-scale operation.

Either way I'm looking forward to hearing more
