Think you could be right , Sounds like the pilot brewery being used , It's what they got the thing for in the first place , to do product development for commercial companies .

They wouldn't be the first brewery on this island to initially test out the brewery waters with assistance from UCC. And I hope the question about technical expertise at UCC was a joke of some kind...
