No idea, but 5/6 Plunkett Street would be the address of the restaurant, and I doubt they are brewing there.

Well today is Wednesday, the day our intrepid brewer botherers are usually on the road and bothering brewers- Maybe they can go down and ask for a tour...

Hi Guys,
Quick update. We're close on the Angel Stout and expect to launch on Tuesday June 5th in 500ml bottles. We'll launch the Elbow Lager and the Wisdom Ale about 1 month later to give ourselves time to get over any teething problems. We've already sent a very limited amount out as tasting gifts and have had some really useful feedback which will necessitate tweaks in recipe and labelling.
Doubt we'll move into kegs for a little while and when we do I think it will not be for the full range due to cost and space factors. Our brews are being contract brewed in Cork initially while we move what appear to be regulatory mountains. Initially we'll have them available in Market Lane, The Castle Cafe and our third restaurant which we'll open at the end of July. We approached the entire project with the idea of producing beers that worked incredibly well with food. We are less interested in session beers as that is not the market that we sell into in our restaurants. We think that the stout achieves this and will be a great addition to the craft beer offerings that are currently available. We would be delighted to get feedback on it when it does launch.
Conrad

Like Rebelred - we had some people wondering if we were brewing the Elbow Lane beers under contract.... the plot thickens..... as it's not being brewed by Eight Degrees.
