I was given a tour of the facilities by some of the academic staff in UCC and that's what I was told. They could have been wrong, they were more excited by the really impressive new packaging lab that was just installed, maybe I misheard. It was a year and a half ago. I don't think so though.

Just as an aside, if anybody gets a chance to be shown around they should take it, there are some seriously impressive things going on inside there!

Is it true that the old Carlow kit is at 8 degrees?

Yes it is,and a fine kit it is. 15 HL.
