As far as an update, we are currently installing the steam system and electrics for the brew house and should have the brew house installation completed by late February. Our sparkly new Meheen 6 head bottle filler has just been fabricated and will be delivered late February.

So almost ready to go then you may ask?.... ermmmm if only it was possible to make beer without those pesky fermenters....

We have 5 unitanks and 2 bright beer tanks currently being fabricated, but will (hopefully!) be delivered sometime in March.

So getting to the chase - tasty beer in the hands of thirsty punters?.....early summer my friends. Date of launch party to be confirmed!

sorry late to the party great to hear of another micro brewey in this land. hopefully irish drinkers will devolop a taste for fine beer.
