I really dissapointed that cant make it down on the 8th but it sounds like a good timeframe to get things done. No matter what the date there will be some who cant make it

Is this definitely happening?

If there are two beery weekends in Cork in March (together with the NHC Comp judging on the 22nd) with the IFSC Festival in between, I need to start selling the missus on the idea now!

How are people for May Bank holiday? Saturday 3rd.
It suits Sam so it might suit others. That said, for some people bank holidays are off limits.

Otherwise we can leave it as is.
