I would hope to be available...maybe on call with work and will have just got back from China but is more doable than March date. If we can just set a date and stick to it, then those who can come will and those who can't will still get their share of beer

Right we had 9 for March 8th

If we beat that in the new poll then we can probably call it on the date situation. I have it set to run for 4 days as Sam is anxious to nail a date down.

It gives us more time to sort the recipe and even if you have kids, May bank holiday with the family in Cork might be fun. You don't have to spend the whole day at the brewery <!-- s:wink: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_wink.gif" alt="" title="Wink" /><!-- s:wink: -->

Weather is often good in May too so the BBQ will be a little better.

I say stick with the March date; the longer we leave it the less chance it's going to actually happen. Also, travel is a pain and accommodation is expensive on a Bank Holiday.
