Right, we have almost 40 people involved in this thing so we will never nail down a date that suits everyone.

March 8th currently suits Sam and if that doesn't fly, it will be later in the year. His calendar is filling up quickly.

If you are in but don't care about heading down on the brewday itself and just want the finished product, please pick the last option.

When you say later in the year, how late do you reckon?

It's looking like I could be travelling down to Dublin and Cork 3 weekends of March so I'd not really fancy adding a 4th. If you're talking waiting until April or May I'd not mind but if it's far later in the year then I'd be happy for you'se to go on ahead.
