Sam mentioned 1 litre bottles alright - personally I'd be in favour because a) it means less work for Sam (half the number of bottles to fill) and rather lazily b) half the number of bottles for me to fill for future homebrews <!-- s8) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_cool.gif" alt="" title="Cool" /><!-- s8) -->

One other factor to consider in favour of the 1 litre bottle. There will be a reduced air to liquid ratio and thus less oxidation <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt="" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) -->

Another factor favouring 500ml bottles. Sarah from N17 has a load of them stored at Sams and says we are welcome to them for free.
