Brilliant day. An early start and a late night. Big thanks to Sam for looking after us so well. Really looking forward to the beer. Should give foam and fury a run for its money.

The beer had over 10kg of hops. Summit, Galaxy, Citra and Topaz. 3kg of Citra and Topaz went into to the kettle at 0 min and smelled amazing.
Sam is going to dry hop with whatever he has left so should be epic.

Well done guys. It looked like Sam made you work for it.

So... any thoughts on naming or labelling yet?

Looked like a great day.

I think simply calling the beer "Beoir" would be good.

Also need to decide on bottle conditioning or beer gunning don't we?

Conditioning was talked about and the decision on the day was to bottle gun it in 1L flip tops.

I knew we spoke re gunning
But i didnt think there was a decision on bottle size. Personally i would prefer 500ml bottles. Maybe 1 or 2 1litre sharers.
