With a 7/730 am start ruling me out of being there at the start I'm just wondering if anyone would have an idea of the likely timing of the other phases on the day, just in case I do manage to get there at some stage?

So who is actually making the trip down for the brewday? Probably would be handy for Sam to know how many to expect on the day.

I'm not 100% yet but working on it. If I'm going I'll be hearing down to cork in the Friday evening to try get all of the brew day.
