If we must do a IPA I'd prefer a dark one.

I'm all for doing a beer that's novel as far as the Irish market is concerned but regardless I think it would be good to base it on a tried and tasted (tested) receipe. Anybody have a receipe that they're particularly proud of or have come across a particularly fine one at the various homebrew contests held recently???[/quote:3qs2v92u]

I'm sure he's have a DIPA in the pipeline too and there are other breweries with them now

I'm a saison fan but strong Belgians just aren't my thing
