Just an update if anyones interested. My first attempt at brewing has been successful. The chemical/Metallic/Fumey taste has depleted after 4 weeks in the Bottle and the IPA tastes great. A few people were over the other night and they really enjoyed it(apparently). Its the first time I have enjoyed sharing Beer <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt="

Next I'm going to try an IPA recipe I found that calls for "1/2 tsp Coriander boiled @ 15 min ".
Q1 Is this calling for fresh coriander leaves or does it mean dried coriander from a herp bottle??
