Announcing Trouble Brewing's competition for amateur brewers. Enter your beer and you could see it brewed commercially and served at the Franciscan Well Easter Beer Festival in 2011.

Great idea guys. This sort of idea has been discussed during a few of the meetups, it's nice to see it come to fruition.

Don't want to put a limit on it as such, but I think brewing your one best beer would be a much better policy than trying to submit several.

The reason I asked is that for my next brew I am planning two brews from the one mash, an IPA (big beer) and an American APA (small beer). I was just wondering if this process would be possible in a commercial set up?
