Just add about three teaspoons of sugar to each 2 litre bottle, syphon the cider into the bottles, cap and shake to dissolve the sugar, leave somewhere warm to carbonate for a week then chill.[/quote:1eo2igzu]

Bottled there on friday. Cider is not too dry. Just wondering should I do the sugar trick now. Expo is in 3 weeks time or might it be best just to leave it?

If you want it carbonated, three weeks is plenty of time.

I have the batch split into two. One big bottle and a few old grolsch bottles. I might add a few spoons of sugar to the big bottle tonight

Pick up the soap.

The carton of apple juice with yeast looks like it's fermenting. Easiest brewing ever!
