Does the yeast not eat all available sugar? I have considered killing the yeast with sulfite then adding more apple juice but thought that would be against the simple as possible approach.

Sadly, my misspent youth did not involve drinking 2L bottles of cider. Evidently I'll have to make up for lost time by brewing my own.

Looking at that guide again, I noticed that the idiot has been allowed to use dangerously pointy [b:3goqo159]metal [/b:3goqo159]scissors without protective gear! One slip and he cold loose an eye! I thought a_friend_in_mead would be more responsible than that.

Lidl are selling multi purpose scissors this week[/url:1dxd812k]. I can only think of one function for a scissors.
