Finally got a chance to try this. Brewed it over 3 weeks ago, so 2 weeks fermenting and 1 week in the bottle. Really chuffed with myself. It was my first ever brew so wasn't sure how it would turn out.
Had 3 bottles, 2 on the Friday and 1 last night. First bottle was lovely but I left a small bit of beer (about 50ml)in the bottle because I didn't want all the settled yeast and stuff in the glass. I was really pleased with the results, as was the other half. She refused to taste it at first because I let her taste the the cooled down Wort and she nearly barfed! <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt="

But for the second one I poured everything into the glass and the beer didn't taste as nice. So I reverted to my initial procedure for the 3rd and it was definitely the nicest of the 3, probably because it had longer time in the bottle.
I have about 4 more bottles to get through!
Definitely a beer I'd try again but I'd probably cut the quantity of Coriander next time as I thought it was a little over powering.
