I suppose it could vary from drill to drill.
I use a Makita variable speed power drill which is decent but nothing out of the ordinary.
It took me 10 seconds or less to crush over 1KG and thats all the whole grain I have for the time being.
Crushing time would be very short and shouldnt really add time to a brewday.
