How much would this cost roughly, I'd probably be interested if the price was right!

I know a supplier that will ship SINGLE plastic casks (the same place that Hilden and Clanconnell get their plastic casks from); but it WOULD be beneficial to save on shipping by placing a combined order.

-They do both 20L and 40L plastic casks.

My cousin drives an Audi A4 estate from Wolverhampton to Ireland every week for work. Must ask him will he take over a load!

At least one micro is experimenting with virgin oak casks, so only going on what I was told.

What kind of price are we looking at?

The company is www.breweryplastics.com.

They just increased their prices in March and I don't have a link to the prices PDF but they'll email it upon request. (I have a copy; I just don't have any where to upload it to.)

The Pins (4.5 British Gallons) are 33.92 Euros and the Firkins are 33.92 Euros for the plain brown ones. -This prices excludes VAT and I'm sure shipping (they weigh only 2 KG).

They're physically located in Worcestershire; I'm not sure whether local pick up is an option or not. (Their PDF says that they're in Hereford, Herfordshire so a bit of a location discrepancy.)

They have a "small quantity surcharge" of 119 Euros, but their description says "Firkin only" so I'm not sure of a surcharge for the pin size.

They make plastic kegs in sizes of 10, 15, 20, 30, & 50 liters, too.

Shipping is quoted at 23.10 GBP for 2-3 business day shipping for a single pin cask; BUT they're getting swamped with orders so they're about 4 weeks behind receiving an order and having casks...
