Is there anyone important the plastic casks to Ireland yet? (20 liter size ideally and the single piece plastic ones vs. the 3 piece ideally)

I'm getting Cask Ale Fever and the only cure is a plastic home brew cask!

Any reason you can't use a basic barrel? It's effectively a plastic cask designed for gravity dispense.

Or have you actually got a handpump?

get it with 8g co2 cap

For true hard core cask, you don't add co2. Just serve until the pressure drops, then loosen the cap and let the air and spoilage bacteria in.

That's pretty cool in fairness

Edit

There is a cooperage in Ireland ,

I believe someone on the site might know ?

I wonder what kind of price they'd give us ?

I'd certainly love a few 10l or 20 l barrels
