Option 1: Ahem, where did you get that idea... Over Christmas they were doing a room rate (regardless of occupancy I think) for E49, I think they wheel in a camp bed.
Option 2: Same as Opt.l except different location?
Option 3: Is that legal? Seriously though, come Summer time, Go camping, bring Beer and Barbies?

I'm going with the flow on Opt.1 or 2 as I am unable to commit, but would hate to miss out.

I should be ok for any night bar the 28th. I live in limerick so accommodation not really an issue for me.

Just as an aside, are people labeling their beer? It would be well handy if they are well labled for any swaps happening so we know who to annoy for recipes

Good point. Labeling is important but it a bit of hard work. My wife started labeling for me recently - anything to get the bottles off the kitchen table quicker. I didn't even sack her when she labeled a 40 bottle batch of Cabernet Sauvignon (red) as Dandilion wine (white)

Shall we say swapping bottles is an option for attendees, but labeling is essential (even if its a hand written scrap of paper bound with cellotape.... its the taste that counts and we don't eat the labels.) ?

You're right, has anyone a big paper bag that would conceal a Corny ?

No preference on date or venue.Only issue is all brownie points being used trying to get to the Franciscan well cask and winter ales festival on the 10-12 feb.

Just joining the thread here, would be great to meet some other brewers and share some bottles. Curragower and/or the Locke would me my votes for the center of limerick. Curragower have meantime brewery lager, Blue moon , which they also have on tap I noticed last night and Sierra Nevada pale ale and some other English bottles too. Last year the locke had a good range with American ales and brew dog stuff of which the trashy blonde is a favorite of mine..

Oh congrats on the job Bret
