Hey Guys, Could be a bit late on Saturday
(If I make it at all) , doing my best to get in even if it's only for an hour or two (- searching for a Childminder, fingers crossed !!)

I got myself a Kit beer Muntons Premium Mexican Cerveza so I have it in the bottles for 2 weeks so it may not have any carbonation yet but sure it was first brew.

I should be down there for around 2pm

got @ a two hour pass !! so should be in for @ 3 - have a muntons kit cider and a little but of a random kit wine !!

I was impressed with Spuds Columbus Pale Ale - really wonderful hop taste and aroma (I suspect it could inspire a commercial version) and MAFs Saison du Maison, my first saison, I really liked the malty toffee flavours combined with the dry spicy yeast. Some other good beers too, I was very surprised by the pronounced toffee flavour in Swinngs Mexican Cerveza.
I love these meets its a great way to try new styles, interesting experiments and pick more experienced brewers brains.
