I was talking to a few lads down at the BIY this year who hadnt brought their beers and they were disgusted.

Great afternoon. Spuds black peppery porter and ii332s strangely likeable grainy ale were the stand out beers for me but all were nice except my weiss which we reckon was infected due to tasting like tcp

The sodastream experiment made the beer fizzy but it went flat again quickly. It would be interesting to see if you recapped and chilled the bottle would the co2 stay in solution longer

Well done to everyone and hopefully we will make this a monthly event. Which is the one thing we didn't discuss

Great meet up yesterday. Good to taste some lovely beers. Gives me a goal to get my own up and going for the next meet up. I agree with Grainne choose a date, third Sat of each month and make it a regular thing.
