I'll have some of that MAF. How much yeast have I sponged off you now? I was only looking at my supplies last night and thought I could make a nice belgian out of spare bits I have:
Biscuit, Caramunich, Aromatic, Special B.
I will be there on Saturday, not sure if I will have a beer ready. Did a Finlandia Traditional Ale kit (because it was cheap and I wanted something to bring along), got a stuck fermentation and then it ended a bit high anyway (1.016) I wondered if the yeast was mixed up because it had that typical sulphuric wheat beer smell when fermenting and I tasted it the other day when bottling and it has a discernible banana flavour. If it is carbed by Saturday I will bring it along but it will be bottled only a week so wouldn't hold out much hope <!-- s:( --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_sad.gif" alt="
