And pre-homebrew sampling of course!

count me in for 19th
planning to do the next brewing around that date. Will go for double batch of 'Irish Pride ALE' (it should be better than original Fuller's London Pride)
Have nothing new bottled at the moment apart of 'yeast infected ALE' <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt=":D" title="Very Happy" /><!-- s:D -->
If you would not mind I'll bring it again. <!-- s:twisted: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_twisted.gif" alt=":twisted:" title="Twisted Evil" /><!-- s:twisted: -->

I don't mind anyway, as i missed the first time around!
When you say it's 'yeast infected' - is it a wild yeast or just a lot of yeast ?

As per grainne comments I got some wild yeast, so it added breadish taste to my ale.

And very nice it was too. You could taste the grain (not unpleasant!) and it had a sort of dryness to it without being harsh. It will be interesting to see what another month has done to it.
