Yesterday does seem to have been high for a Monday, though, so maybe the trend will continue.

It was interesting, but anecdotal evidence suggested that the Dublin based brewers (Mssrs. Maguire and The Porterhouse) were less busy than the other breweries. Perhaps people thought they could sample these beers at any times, whereas other breweries were less well known and thus more exotic.

Maybe more festival specials could be the answer?

I got an accusation of "did The Beer Nut tell you to say that?" when I suggested a chilli stout to one of the brewers.
