I think it's a fair comment that most of the Irish micros tend to play it safe with their bottles. In my opinion, Carlow really under sells itself with its bottled line up. I'm sure there are real-world practical business reasons for this.

Yes but he talks on the popularity on IPA'S and porterhouse hop head on draught, the say Irish micro bottle beers are unadventurous. He should have reviewed a bottle of hop head, its just an inconsistent argument or

Yeah I know of the Curim and I love it and I've been wanting to try something similar.
Extreme Pizza? What a weird place to have Galway Hooker.
