It's permanent in Extreme Pizza rathmines.

It is just a one-batch beer though and won't be made again. When it runs out in Extreme Pizza it'll probably be replaced with Hooker Pils.

You can get it in Extreme Pizza in Rathmines, don't think it was a special when I had it (unless there's a regular one and a separate special edition which I've never heard of, in which case you can pretend this post never happened). I didn't like it all that much though, which is a pity because being a big fan of most dark wheats and a big fan of regular Galway Hooker I was expecting big things. Found it pretty watery, not really impressed at all (although I do fully accept the possibility that it was just a bad pint - in fact, I hope it was).

EDIT: That'll teach me to reply to posts in a window open since yesterday - doh!

I asked Aidan about it in the pub last night -- once it's gone, it's gone.

Dropped in to try a couple of the festival beers today. I really liked the Chocolate Truffle stout - silky smooth, bitter and sweet, delcious. Even the Cadbury-esque logo is hugely attractive.
Would love if it was a permanent addition to the Porterhouse lineup.

Also really liked the O'Haras Easter stout. If out for the night I'd probably switch to this after one or two chocolate truffles.

They had run out of a number of the guest beers e.g. Belfast Black and White Gypsy's Emerald IPA. I forgot to ask if stocks would be replenished before the end of the festival.

The only disappointment was Molly's Chocolate Stout. In comparison to the Porterhouse version it tastes thin and lacks flavour.
